Wanderlost follows Jacob, a train-hopping gutter punk haunted by the ritual abuse of his childhood. He is alone in the world and drifts through a landscape of urban decay quickened by blood and shamanistic magic. He returns to his father’s grave, hoping to escape the memories and nightmares that have cast a shadow over his life. There he encounters a beautiful young woman and pursues her down a path that will lead either to his freedom or his damnation. Wanderlost takes place over three fantastical days in America’s dark underbelly, where wanderers, punks, artists, and mystics create their own worlds and destinies on society’s half-lit fringes: where beauty and madness, sacrifice and renewal are forever bound together by blood.
