The Costa Rica International Festival of Terror is brought to you by the organizers of the Costa Rica International Film Festival, held annually in November in Montezuma. After years of hosting the successful international festival, the group decided to create a separate festival dedicated to the best horror features and shorts from filmmakers worldwide.
