Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed postcard if you wish to receive confirmation that your entry has been received.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Programming decisions are made by the festival directors and our selection committee. If accepted, we will notify filmmakers by email. After acceptance, the presentational format will need to be in our office two weeks before the festival. Be sure to indicate aspect ratio of your film/video as well as any other special screening/presentation information we might need to know. We do not pay rental fees for submitted work that is programmed.

AWARDS
Although the art of filmmaking is not competitive, Festival League does give awards. The festival jury will present awards to films and videos selected as best in these categories: Drama Feature and Short, Comedy Feature and Short, Documentary Feature and Short, Experimental, Animation, Horror "Best Local" and more. RETURN OF SUBMISSION TAPES
Due to the large number of film festival entries received, submission materials and videos will not be returned. For specific requests, please contact festivalleague@gmail.com

REGULAR ENTRY FEES
$30 - Shorts*
$35 - Features
*shorts are under 45 minutes.
Regular Entry Deadline: May 30, 2009

Entry fees must be in U.S. funds only.
PayPal and Money Orders are preferred, and should be made out to: Festival League
Personal checks accepted (if they won't bounce!)

ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Entry fees can be securely paid online via PayPal. Please make payments to festivalleague@gmail.com or click the links below. Be sure to mention you paid via PayPal on entry form.

FORMATS
A completed entry form and an entry fee must accompany each film or video. Film Festival entries must be submitted on 1/2" (standard VHS in NTSC format) videocassette or NTSC DVD. Foreign language work must be dubbed or subtitled in English. In addition to your entry, please enclose any press kits, reviews, or publicity materials. If possible, send a menu-less DVD for screening.

SHIPPING
Cost of shipping exhibition prints to the festival is the responsibility of the entrant. Exhibition copies must be sent to the festival prepaid. The festival cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit. Please do not ask for a signature confirmation on your package, and USE AS LITTLE PACKAGING MATERIAL AS POSSIBLE!
