Based on our audiences love for documentaries during CRIFF, we were inspired to create an additional festival which focuses solely on the art of documentary filmmaking.
The Costa Rica International Festival of Terror is also held during Halloween before these festivals. Through these three events, locals and visitors can enjoy nearly a month of incredible films from every country at one of Costa Rica’s best beach destinations.
