If you ever wondered what it really takes to make a movie, then you are encouraged to attend our free parties at the Studio Bar at the Artmore. We'll be screening more local shorts and AUFF and DocuFest filmmakers will be on-hand to preview their upcoming films. Audiences will have the chance to find out how these talented filmmakers accompolished the nearly impossible task of making a movie while enjoying speciality cocktails, and mingling in the courtyard with new friends.

This event is free and open to the public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday August 27 - 29.
$5 valet parking at the Artmore

Screening of Sita Sings the Blues outdoors in the courtyard and the screening after-party for Living is Winning in the Bar. Director Linda Burns will be there discussing the film with Ironman Drew Johnston and other special guests.

Friday, August 28, 2009

Screening local shorts in the bar, and filmmaker discussions in the courtyard with special guests including the producer of Left Field, Chris Batte, and the co-director for Down the Road, Chris Gordon.

After party for Anatomy of Hate with director Mike Ramsdell followed by the after party for Nature of Existence with director, Roger Nygard and friends. Also discussing their films will be Jen White, director of Between Floors, and Ashley C. Beyer, director of Print.
